Below are a few of the meeting/drinking establishments in Blackmore.

Blackmore Sports and Social Club
Blackmore Sports and Social club is the hub of the village. They have a very comfortable Lounge Bar for those members who just want to relax and soak up the atmosphere, also the Sportsmans Bar, which is for the slightly more energetic, with all football matches shown on three large screens, a pool table, darts, free wifi, music and a huge outdoor area with BBQ and sports facilities. Visit the Blackmore Sports and Social club website for more details

The Leather Bottle
The original building was destroyed by fire. The old building was adjacent to an area known as "Horse Fair" and probably received the name when there was a leather industry in the village where tanning took place.

The Prince Albert
Dating back to 1757. It is almost as it was built, and has always been a public house.

The Bull Public House
The Bull was built around the year 1385 and is a fine example of medieval construction with a wealth of exposed beams throughout and other curiosities including a priest hole and an escape tunnel from the time of the Reformation. Haunted by at least three ghosts- seen by staff and customers alike for many years. Unfortunately the Bull is currently closed down (pic below shows a for sale sign), but we are keeping our fingers crossed for a welcome return.
